Hey!
I’m a 14 year old girl who’s found a little homeless kitten. I found it at a campsite.
I heard a meow from a bush. I saw a little scared kitten sitting there.
My friend and I took the kitten home to her. Then the only question was: what should we do with her?
I got to have her with me. She is very small and slender. I can guess that she is approximately two to three weeks old or a little more?
We gave her some plain milk and she drank some from my little sister’s doll bottle.
Then we went to buy her some canned food, but she eats very little!
I’ve only had her for two days. She is already spinning and wants to be with me all the time and she is following me!
I have her out in a fairly large, fenced garden.
In our greenhouse, she often lies on some dunes. I’m pretty sure she’s done! But it’s just that she does not want to eat!
Tomorrow I’m going to the pharmacy and buy a breast milk substitute!
I hope she will drink it!
She’s probably a little confused because she has no mother!
She sits and meows all night!
Please give me some advice on what to do.
I’m already attached to her and do not want to get rid of her!
Thanks in advance.
Hello!
The kitten is still so small that she needs milk replacement, but tell the pharmacy that it should be for the cat.
Or you can buy corn gruel powder for children in a regular store.
On the other hand, cats do not tolerate ordinary cow’s milk so well, if you do not have anything else, boil it only then (sometimes they can even get sick from it).
If the kitten is so small, she needs food around the clock every three hours.
I think you should let a veterinarian look at the cat as well so that it is healthy and there you can get advice on how to take care of it in the best way, what food is suitable for such a small one.
Buy a small baby bottle at the pharmacy or with which you can feed the baby.
Good luck!
