Hey!
Our domestic cat Frank is unneutered and fully busy right now looking for a “fiancée”.
He is a used outdoor cat with his own tunnel but always comes in for a while when we get home and likes to sleep with us a lot.
Now he has been out since last Friday and my question is how long the male cats can be out now in March before you have to start worrying that the fox has arrived.

Hey!
There is absolutely no time limit for how long they can be gone before you start worrying. If you care about your cat, you should have been worried the first night he disappeared.
Male cats can walk mile after mile to look for one or more females. He then also encounters other males with whom he competes and ends up in fights.
He can just as easily die out in the woods from an infection or hemorrhage caused by a cat fight as being taken by the fox.
If your male cat comes back, I think you should take RESPONSIBILITY for him and go to the vet and neuter him. Then you can also be sure that he stays close to home and does not have to think about where he is.
He is also not the cause of a lot of unwanted kittens in the village.
You may think that it is the responsibility of female cat owners to give birth control pills, but then you should know that birth control pills do not always work.
So take your responsibility and neuter your male cat.
