Hey!
I have a male cat who is 9 years old.
He eats okay, is alert, plays and poops and pees as usual. A while ago we noticed that the cat has some kind of bump on the leg.
We first suspected that it was a tumor so we booked an appointment for the cat and it was namely a fluid bump, which was then removed.
But 2-3 days later we feel that the bulge has returned.
So I wonder if it’s something dangerous or is it like some kind of err after pulling off the bulge.
Hello Lynn,
Thank you for your question!
Does the new bulge feel the same as the old one, ie. is it filled with liquid again?
Maybe it’s an abscess that has become full again and needs to be emptied and drained yet again?
Without having seen your cat, it is difficult to give further advice.
I think it would be best to go back to the vet you got help from last time as he knows what it’s about and has seen the cat before. Good luck!
