Hi, my cat was in a fight with another cat yesterday.
He is in great pain at the root of his tail and you must not touch it when he screams.
He also does not get his tail up but it drags on the ground… what can it be?
Should we go to the vet?

I think you should take your cat to the vet immediately, as you yourself describe, he is in great pain and if he can not lift his tail, something serious has happened.
A veterinarian will be able to examine the tail properly as well as give your cat painkillers.
