Hey!
My castrated 8-month-old cornish rex cat sometimes steals from the table when I turn my back for a moment. It just stole my tablet of vitamin D!
It seemed very tasty and she had no problem swallowing it – checked her throat carefully afterwards.
My question is: can I give her these capsules, if she now appreciates them?
I know that there are oils to buy especially for dogs and cats but thinks they are tricky to handle and smell very bad 🙁
She weighs about 2.2 kg, eats 2-3 tablespoons of Applaws kitten and 1 / 2-1 pt Bozita kitten per day at the moment.
The vitamin D capsule is from the Family Formula brand and 1 pc contains:
- 400 mg of salmon oil
- 60 mg Omega-3 fatty acids
- 30 mg DHA + EPA
- 6 mg DPA
- 2.5 and Astaxanthin
Hey!
No I do not recommend that you give capsules or supplements made for humans to your cat.
Your cat gets everything she needs by eating a complete food like the Bozita kitten and if she is healthy, no supplements are needed.
